First Lady Fazna Ahmed attended the opening ceremony of the third International Thai Silk Fashion Week on Tuesday, held in honour of the Thai Queen Mother’s 90th birth anniversary. The ceremony was held at the Royal Paragon Hall in Bangkok, Thailand.
The International Thai Silk Fashion Week is held from December 6-11, 2022, with the participation of fashion designers from around the globe. The First Lady will also attend the presentation of the Thai Silk designs by Maldivian fashion designer Jaadhulla Ismail on December 7, 2022.
The First Lady is in Thailand at the invitation of the Association of Thai Silk and Culture Promotions.
