President Mohamed Nasheed, by decree, has established “Felivaru Fisheries Maldives Limited” and “Kooddoo Fisheries Maldives Limited”, as limited liability companies with hundred percent government shares.
The key objective of establishing these two companies include, developing the Maldives fishing industry in a sustainable manner which would provide maximum socio-economic benefits for the people.
