President Dr Mohamed Muizzu concluded a tour of Addu City, Fuvahmulah City, and several islands of North and South Huvadhu atolls and returned to Malé City.

The President visited Addu City as his first destination on the tour. In Addu City, the President met with the residents and the City Council and discussed the city's developmental needs. In addition to Addu City, the President visited Fuvahmulah and Thinadhoo cities and held discussions with the city councils. The President then travelled to several islands of Gaafu Dhaalu and Gaafu Alifu Atolls, where he met with the local councils and sat down with the residential communities.

During the visit, the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on the preliminary design and survey of the bridge project connecting Addu City Hithadhoo with Hulhumeedhoo, one of the most prominent projects in Addu City, was signed. The President inaugurated the second phase of Fuvahmulah City's road development project. In addition, the Government signed MoUs for the project to develop Thinadhoo City's International Airport and GA. Vilin'gili Island's International Airport Development Project during the President's tour.
