117 people have lodged applications for the membership of Customs Integrity Commission. This includes 98 males and 19 females.
Under the Article 28 of the Maldives Customs Act, the President shall appoint 5 members the Customs Integrity Commission with the approval of the People’s Majlis.
After evaluating the applications the President’s Office will send names of five applicants will be submitted for Majlis’ approval.
