President Mohamed Nasheed has sent messages of felicitations to Australia’s Governor-General Quentin Bryce and Prime Minister Julia Gillard, on the occasion of Australia Day.
In his messages, the President extended his warm greetings and good wishes to the Governor-General, the Prime Minister and the people of Australia. He also expressed his confidence that the close relations of friendship and understanding that exist between the two countries will continue to strengthen.
