President Mohamed Nasheed has sent republic day greetings to Indian President Pratibha Devisingh Patil and Prime Minister Dr Manmohan Singh.
In his messages, the President extended warm greetings and good wishes to the Indian President, the Prime Minister and the people of India.
“India continues to be one of our closest developmental partners and I look forward to broader and fruitful cooperation in the years ahead”, the message runs.
